Being selected to play in the Crab Bowl is a huge honor. The Mid Atlantic Football Foundation would like to offer each family members and friends of the participating player, the opportunity to show your pride for their achievement and success. The Crab Bowl program will be offering personal player ads again this year as part of the program. As a non-profit entity we are asking for donations in return for the player ads. You can do this individually or as a group. You can also solicit donations from a business. In any case we MUST have the donator’s name and mailing address so we may send them a donation letter which they can have for their tax records.

A ¼ page ad is $150.00

A ½ page ad is $300.00

A full page ad is $500.00

If you solicit a business for the full price of an ad then we will match that ad with a personal player ad of the same size. For example, if Bob’s Deli donates $300.00 on behalf of player John Smith then both Bob’s Deli and John Smith get a ½ page. You can also donate money yourself or through individuals but once again we must have every name and mailing address for the person(s) or businesses that contributed to the Mid Atlantic Football Foundation directly. You can solicit donations, collect those donations and write one check but the only person(s) or business that will get the donation letter will be the one writing the check to us.

All ads will be in color. Regardless if it is a player or business ad, they must submitted exactly how you want it to appear in the program. Your son’s ad can showcase anything that you wish congratulations, stats, achievements, etc. This will increase the exposure of your son to all individuals who attend the Crab Bowl and to schools that will be sent program packages showcasing the Crab Bowl.

All ads must be submitted no later than December 1st, 2011. No changes will be made to ads after the December 1st deadline.
